We do not guarantee the outcomes of our services. All services are provided on a best-efforts basis, and any recommendations we provide are for informational and support purposes only. You are responsible for your own professional decisions and compliance obligations.

Either party may terminate these Terms or the engagement for any reason, with or without cause, by providing reasonable written notice to the other party. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date become immediately due and payable.

Sections regarding Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and this Termination clause survive any termination.
